For large transactions information may be given for bank wire transfers. You may go to our mail order form or fax your order in at 1-937-667-9439.   


If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return any unused product, in its original packaging within 5 days.  5 days is calculated after receipt of merchandise. A full refund, less shipping.

A return will not be accepted or does not include used jewelry, such as worn chains, watches etc. A used item may not be returned for credit.

Regarding Shipping: Most items purchased from our site offers free shipping by ground ups. You may choose other than ground if you should desire, however shipping will be at your expense.

Warranty:  If you should receive a defective item, or if you were to have a problem with an item where abuse ins not the issue. There would be no charge for repair. We reserve the right to either replace or repair that item. Simply go to the contact us button and ask for warranty department. They will respond with a phone call and you will be given a RMA number.

Return after 5 days options does not include special order, items such as closeouts, or special pricing. All special pricing items, closeouts or special orders are none returnable. Items which are sold as is, includes close outs or special pricing, special orders.

Returned Merchandise Shipping Cost:  Customer agrees to pay for shipping cost on returned items.

Re-stocking Fee  There is then a 10% or possibly 20%  for restocking fee depending on what type of item and the circumstances involved.

 Damaged Merchandise

Claims against damaged merchandise should be made within 24hrs after receipt of goods. Please call our customer service number or send an email by using our contact us button from our home page. If your item is damaged in shipping, please keep the original box and notify us. Your local UPS represenative will come to inspect your box and file a claim for you. Remember immediate attention is needed for damaged item which has been damaged in shipping.

Balance will be paid on the third to fifth day after receipt of goods, or after the assay is completed.


  All watches come with a warranty. Our watches are under full  warranty from 1 to 3 years with the exception for battery failure on quartz movements.
